UI3 webserver not working

Hello

I've been searching around and been having difficulties in finding a solution to a problem I have with seeing BI webserver. If I run a port scan on all the ports I use for BI webserver it just comes up blank. Its as if BI wont run it web server at all even though the option is ticked. I found this article and followed it for both the v4 that's installed and v5 www folders

I even tried 127.0.0.1:82 and the IP address of the server from inside the lan and locally to the server. Nothing

Any port scan I run on the server was working. I have also disabled the firewall on the BI Server.

Please is there a PID for the webserver when loaded or is it built into the BI exe.

Really stuck here and would like to solve this
