I found the problem. It was with the Eero network. Eero. helped me with this. The units need to be 25 feet to 45 feet apart and no further. Some of my Eeros units were too far apart. The network performs ACS during slow periods, usually at night and some of the cameras would not come back on Blue Iris. I run 5 Eero units and they are about 35 feet apart. I have gone 3 nights without a dropped camera.
As a side note, Iphones 12 and above have an app called Measure. I had not used it until now. I held the phone over 1 Eero unit and walked to the next and the phone gave me "Line of Sight" distance between the units. It really made it easy to position the units properly.
