I think I posted this quite a while ago. Can't seem to find it. Might have been before the 'Great Purge'.
Is this happening for other users?
When in the BI Console, If I hold CTL and Left Click the mouse on a camera, It will move the camera as if I clicked a ptz button.
- This occurs on all ptz cameras.
- I've verified that there are no ptz's set to that position.
- The ptz preset box does not change.
- Occurs on existing and new cameras.
Ptz option 'No PTZ Cursor' is specified, so clicking the mouse on a camera does NOT move the camera.
I've disabled my Shuttle, StreamDeck, LogiOptions. Same issue, so I can conclude it's not of them that is causing this.
CTL + Mouse Left Click
Re: CTL + Mouse Left Click
I can see this in the Help file:
Looks like you are invokingIn addition to the PTZ cursor and digital zoom capabilities, some cameras offer methods for Direct PTZ positioning which is invoked here by holding the Ctrl key and clicking on the area of the image where you would like to center (and zoom if supported). Shift+Ctrl may be used to zoom out instead (where supported).

Re: CTL + Mouse Left Click
Wow. I didn;t check the actual physical cameras.
But, it doesn't matter where I click in the camera image in BI. It always goes to the same position.
I just checked the camera. Does nothing. Soooo... I'm stumped.
