I have a problem on my web server.
I can't see the live feed of a camera. Just one, the others are fine. All cameras are the same with same settings.
I can see the miniature in my web browser but when i click on it, i have warning message "the video steam was lost", "server is unvailable"...
On my ios app, i can't see nothing on this camera.
On BI directly everything is fine.
Plus, when i checked my cameras settings, i found some settings that has changed from what i set before, maybe recent updates broke my settings, this is very annoying (for exemple the sound record was desactivate on half of my cameras from 7 days... i never touched that !)

I update to 5.8.7.2, same problem, then revert back to
5.8.7.0 : ko
5.8.5.8 : ko
5.8.4.5 : ok
Very weird.
Edit : above 5.8.4.5 my cam is not working, and i just saw that mqtt communication is also broken... wtf with your updates dudes...

Dear all,
I have got exactly the same pb, with last server versions: the server is working fine, with all the cameras.
But on the android app, I have got 3 cameras with a very special behaviour:
- no possibility to see the direct video, either in the main page or when only one camera is selected.
- possibility to see the recorded videos.
- possibility to see the direct video ONLY with the cycle functionnality.
All other cams are ok.
No changes on the configuration (except upgrade to last version...).
Reinstallation of the app, smartphone change: nothing fixes the issue.
The only way I found is to come back to 5.8.4.5. Very strange!

Please tell Support. I can see a lot of new versions of BI5 installing with incremental changes.
