Downloading update hung
I checked my BI system today and noticed that at the bottom of the screen it indicates "11840k/43619k" and the counter is not moving. It looks as that the download of a new update is hung. Looking at the log file there are no errors. I am running 5.5.5.12 and the log indicates that 5.5.5.13 is available. I do have internet connection to the pc and everything seems to be working. How do I cancel the download and get it restarted?

As of today, I'm on v5.5.6.1. I think you either need to reboot and try again, or download the file from the main website.
