Unv Remote Camera

I am trying to connect a UNV IPC2328SBR5-DPZ remote camera to BI. When I do "find/inspect" it appears to find camera but I do not get video- error:8000274c. I can pull the camera and video up in Chrome-works fine--any suggestions?
