Just want to check these are the only services that need to be installed for it to work correctly with BI?

The object detection is all you need to start with. Faces and especially ALPR add layers of complexity. Are you using the default object detection, or custom ?

Default, I was more curious as to why the v5.net OD is not running, should it be?

You should only run ONE of the Object detections. Which one is fastest depends on your machine and takes experimentation.
