Database error

Im showing a Large database alert see attached. Any ideas on how to correct or what is best practice/settings for keeping the DB from causing any performance issues?

What does it show in the Log ? It could be that the database is corrupted and needs to be rebuilt.

I dont see any errors pertaining to the DB in the log, but i also dont see the runing log, can you point me to where it should be?

How do i rebuild the DB? Will i loose any information?

1st - Database 'Repair/Regenerate'. This will keep alerts.
If this doesn't work, then...

2nd - Database Delete & Regenerate. With this option you will loose all alerts. You could use the 'Search' function to generate new alerts, but that would take an extremely large amount of time.
If this doesn't work, then...

3rd - Start with an empty DB...
Shutdown BI. delete the entire BI DB folder and all contents. Then, Start BI. BI will create the necessary folders.
