I have a problem with blue iris, when I view the recordings
I have a green band that appears and after a while disappears.

Can you post a screen shot of the image with the green band?

Thank you for posting the screenshot.

Does this happen on all the cameras, or just some?

Hello
In fact I only have one camera and this happens with each capture. My camera is a Sunba and when I go to the camera software I don't have this problem.
thank you

I have suddenly started seeing this since the update to the latest software version (5.5.6.6). I have rolled back to 5.5.6.5 and the problem seems to have gone.
