Blue Iris

Hi all,
When attempting to set a drive for the Stored clips to move to, BI keeps setting it to a UNC path that does not exist of \\fish-pc\F\Storage. This was an old network path that I considered moving Stored to during initial setup. It automatically switches to that even if I manually specify H:\Storage\ or browse to H:\Storage. The New path works just fine under E:\Storage\

Any ideas what's going on?

Post a screenshot of the C&A tab. Maybe pics step by step of how you're doing it too.

Does the folder you are trying to set actually exist ?

Weird one indeed:

1. Does it instantly change back to the UNC path, or some time later ? If it's instantaneous then it's one for support.
2. Is H: an internal drive on the BI pc or something else ? (I'm wondering if H: disappears due to powering down etc)
3. For it to revert to a setting of a network drive that no longer exists could mean some issues in the pc registry for BI. Drive corruption ?
