Android App

Been running BI5 for a couple years. Recently I'm having issues with the Android app on my Samsung S10 ( which always worked fine). It will log into the server no problem. But 80% of the time I get a black screen on cam with it just loading. If it manages to load up as soon as i switch cameras or go to clips of triggers it freezes up loading again. If i try the web interface on the same phone. It works great. Snappy and responsive. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Weird one. I also have a Galaxy S10, and the android app works fine at home on my LAN. I haven't checked remotely recently as I'm working from home still ! When I was in the office, it was fine even using OpenVpn. Is your issue the same on LAN and WAN ?

The latest version of the iOS app is also exiting for me, does it either when playing a clip or when scrolling through alerts. Doesn’t always do it so is pretty random.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling, or clearing the data from the app?

It does it whether on wifi or data. Im going to try clearing cache and data. See if that helps.
