Continuous+Alerts black screen. Done all checks.

Hi,
Using version 5.4.7.11

Only confirmed alerts gets main stream image, before the confirmed alerts the recording playback is all black.
Tried both H264 and H265 same thing. Also tried 6 FPS same.
Anything I can try?
Using version 5.4.7.11
- Sub stream can view on live view, when full screen live view it switches to main stream.
- "Video cut every" changed from 8hrs to 1hrs.
- iFrame value = FPS on both streams.
- Frame rate same on both streams.
- Using contiuous+alerts
