Clip/Alert Time and Length Issues

Hi All,

I've been seeing weird issues with my clips and alerts. First issue is with time, clips are getting the wrong time attached to them.

The above Clip/Alert actually occurred at 11:30 PM according to the file name 'ZZ-R2L.20200510_233023.0.3.jpg', not to mention it isn't dark here at 9:56 AM. Also notice the length, 13hr. and 33 mins....not! The clips says it is 3 seconds... which is correct.

The other issue is wrong alert length but correct time of day, see below images. EDIT: The time is actually wrong, it was 5:25 PM

This has been happening for several iterations of 5.2.7.x, I've now upgraded to 5.2.7.8 and did a repair/regenerate on the database but the problem persists. The database is 2GB in size, is that OK?
