I recently acquired version 5, before it had been working with version 3 lite, I have several doubts, let's start with the first:
From the main blueiris console the images (clips) are seen with the same quality with which they were generated, however, when accessing the server from a remote computer, they lose great quality when viewed when in fact if you download the image if it looks right. The record quality is 100%. I have not found to fix it. Any suggestion?
Excuse me if I have expressed myself wrong, I have used the translator
Thank you

Re: Viewing clips from client server
Hi,
when accessing the server from a remote computer
Please clarify. How are you doing this? Windows "remote desktop"(RDP)?

Re: Viewing clips from client server
remote viewing is based on a few things...
- How BI is set in the 'Web server/Advanced' Streaming encoder profile(s)...
- If viewing via the UI3, the 'Quality' setting - lower right corner, the gear icon.
