Just purchased latest version of Blue Iris. Cameras all work great. Had to change license code on app for iPhone will not connect get check server reachability. Was working fine on the old version. Please advise

Hi,
I suggest checking the basics:
1. Same PC ? Wondering if IP to PC in IOS settings is incorrect or port forwarding needs a tweak in router.
2. Does it work on LAN or WAN or fail on both ?
3. Any other changes made ? [Try Iphone with BI5 pc firewall off and then on after testing]
4. Same username and password for user as before ? [Maybe delete user and re-add]
5. Is UI3 working on the Iphone ?
