blue iris 5.0 not starting after latest win 10 update

just upgraded windows 10 Pro N version 1903 os build 18362.256
blue iris states wmasf.dll and mfperfhelper.dll not found copied them in
re-ran blue iris 5.0 getting a "unable to start 0xe0000142 " error..

have reinstalled blue iris 5.0

suggestions.... other then throw out microsoft....

Your error maybe the result of having Windows 10 Pro N edition installed without installing the Media Feature Pack from Microsoft. I would also make sure you have installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 64-bit, see link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... -downloads. Download and install vc_redist.x64.exe.
