VistaCam 1200 Doorbell Camera - Help

Hello all, I bought a Vera VistaCam 1200 doorbell camera since I use a Vera controller and have lots of home automation hooked into it. It looks just like Ezviz DB1 and probably is Vera branded version of it. It is supposed to support RTSP but I can't get it connected to Blue Iris. I can't connect to it via http like I do my other cameras (and specs make no mention of http support) but I was under the impression I only needed RTSP support to connect to Blue Iris. I have its IP address reserved and I know the username and password but no luck. I know the cam works, it works fine within the Vera ap. I've tried using a bunch of different streams including ones listed in the Vera ap under "streams" and "URL". Basically I always get the same error about check port/user/password. I can't find any mention of port in the Vera ap settings. Can anyone offer any advice?

I saw a message on here from a user with his setup for the Ezviz DB1 but he's using http to connect and I don't think mine supports that. I've tried to connect via web browser and no luck. I can ping it's address fine and connect with Vera ap and I did try using the other user's settings with http with no luck.

Hello all, one email to support, Ken accessed my camera remotely and promptly fixed whatever the problem was to get my cam to work with rtsp. Thanks Ken!!
