I my basic license expired in 2017 and says not version capable. I want to purchase a current license and update to the latest software but I am not the most savvy when it comes to IT. What is the easiest way to do so, I want to avoid having to start from scratch re loading everything again. Thanks form any recommendations.

So what version of BI are you presently running ? BI4 will have a discounted upgrade path to BI5, if you purchase the extended support and maintenance pack, and forum user reddawg has made some excellent posts on how to do the BI4 to BI5 upgrade.
