new BI user, so far so good!
i have three cameras, all send alert emails with images (yay!). TWO of the three send SMS with attached images, the third camera sends the message, but does NOT have an attached image. which setting should i be looking at to find the issue? the CONFIGURE SMS page does have the 'Attach current image' checked. and since the corresponding email alert has images, i am unsure where else to check.

I've had this happen on the email alert (resolved), but not SMS.
I would suggest going thru all the options comparing to a camera that does function the way you want. You've already done this, so.....
On the camera having the issue:
1. Export the cameras settings. Add to the end of the filename '-bad'.
2. Export one of the cameras that work. Leave the default filename.
3. Import into the camera that is having the issue, the camera you exported in step 2.
3. Change the ip:port in the cameras 'Video/Configure' settings, and click 'Find/inspect'. This will configure the video back to the camera.
4. Manually trigger the camera, or, go to the Alerts and test. Should work.
