What does it show in the Log ? It could be that the database is corrupted and needs to be rebuilt.

What type of drive is your E: drive?

What is the 'Combine or cut video each' set at?

There should be at least 1.5 - 2 times free space available as the total for ALL cameras, for one 'Combine or cut' period, for the maintenance cycle.

Looks okay to me.

Could be a performance issue of the E: drive.
What type of drive it is? Make/Model.

What is the process to rebuild the DB?

1st - Database 'Repair/Regenerate'. This will keep alerts.
If this doesn't work, then...

2nd - Database Delete & Regenerate. With this option you will loose all alerts. You could use the 'Search' function to generate new alerts, but that would take an extremely large amount of time.
If this doesn't work, then...

3rd - Start with an empty DB...
Shutdown BI. delete the entire BI DB folder and all contents. Then, Start BI. BI will create the necessary folders.
