ReoLink RLC-820A choppy live view and pixelated recordings

having nothing but problems with the Reolink RLC-820A, live view is extremely choppy as well as recordings.
I played with the encoder setting nothing works.
I'm using the-stream profiles.
/h265Preview_01_main
/h264Preview_01_sub
I'm running release BL 5.4.2.0
Reolink camera is at the latest firmware
