BI5 seems to be crashing but I'm not sure

I installed BI5 in order to get the RTSP feature for my Wyze cams. When it's running, it's running perfectly. However, there are times when I stop receiving alerts from the system (via eMail) and, when I come back to the PC running BI, well...it's not running BI; it's just sitting there at the Desktop.

When I look at the Windows Event Viewer, I don't see anything jump out at me regarding BI but maybe the problem is identified with another process name? Perhaps there's some sort of logging within BI that I might view to get an idea of what may be happening?
