Is it possible to have unique settings for push notifications on/off per user? For instance, can User1 turn ON push notifications for Camera1 while User2 turns OFF push notifications for the same Camera1. Or is it one setting for all users?

Blue Iris allows you to send push notifications to some mobile users but not others, and (I believe) those filters can be different depending on what triggered them. Is this what you want?

For example, from a given camera's Setting page, click on Alerts > On alert... > "+" > Push notification. Then in the "required mobile device tags" field, make up something to identify each user's phone, like Alice, Bob, Carol, etc. The other options on that same page can enable/disable push notifications based on the current profile or which zone(s) triggered the alert. Thus, some users might get daytime alerts and others get nighttime alerts, or if movement is detected in different zones, or whatever.

Doesn't look like you can change these settings remotely from your phone, though. They're semi-permanent. But you can change profiles remotely and those, in turn, can change who gets notified for what.

No. I simply want Bob to be able to turn off push notifications for only Bobs phone, while Carol still receives push notifications for that same camera. It’s seems now if bob turns off push notifications, it’s a global setting for everyone else.

Clone the camera and have one set for Bob and other for Carol. Separate push notification could be setup i think. Have not tried this yet.
