Blue Iris Crash -

Hello

I'm running the latest version of BI, today like 2 hours ago it crash... it doesn't load at all. i try uninstalling it and install it again and nothing...

when i check the even log all i see error:

You have the info BI Support would request.
I'd send that to BI Support.

Ive been having similar crashes reported in the log files but for me thankfully it always manages to restart the BI service.

I logged a call a while back, with some release it seems fine with others I get these type of crashes every 2-3 days.

Ken at the time didn’t know what might be causing the crash but he did update the code to add extra info, the numbers in brackets in the BI logs.

That exception code means a memory access violation.
