5.2.2.3 Update CPU Bouncing from 6-100% Repeatedly

Just updated to 5.2.2.3 and my CPU is climbing to 100% within 10 seconds, holding for 10 seconds then dropping down to 6%. During this spike all cameras goes offline then return after the CPU settles back down. Disk i/o is normal. I have the original Zmodo NVR still recording and there is no issue with the cams Nothing in the config changed and symptoms came on right after installing the update. Help!
