I'm receiving duplicate SMS alerts and can't figure out why. And to make it even odder, both are sent to my phone but the first one says the RECIPIENT is the email address set to send the alerts, and the second says the RECIPIENTS (two) are my phone number and again the email address set to send the alerts.
