I have downloaded blue Iris, installed the camera so it displays in a normal way. Set up an account on weather underground set up the FTP within Blue Iris tested and passed. No matter how I have tried to move the settings WU says that my camera remains offline. I deleted McAfee and am using the windows defender program. I allowed blue iris in my firewall settings. Still unable to upload. What am I doing wrong?

I have never got that function to work on WU regardless of the software. They restrict they image size to ridiculous size .
WU has gone down hill since the Weather Channel bought them.

I have been using WU with no issues. I have done nothing special that I am aware of. So BI can work OK with it.
