New AI Tools fork by vorloncd

Post by terk » Tue Oct 27, 2020 12:36 am

Does anyone know if Vorloncd is on this forum or what I'm doing wrong with the newest fork of AI Tools 1.81?

While trying to setup my cameras in AI Tools 1.81 I get an error when pressing the Actions Settings button:

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

This is what I had filled out so far. I tried with an input folder once too although with the same results and I'm expecting the main settings input folder to provide what this needs.

Do you not need an input folder or does it use a default if left blank?

Same thing I was going to ask. Should it be a path to one of the BI dirs, like 'New', perhaps?

I wasn't sure either I tried both, but I was thinking it would use the input folder specified in the main settings if left blank. I installed 1.77 (the previous release by vorloncd and it is working great on my BI server it has the ability to run DeepStack from it's settings and it even remembers the settings you want for DeepStack and starts it automatically so I was able to setup AI Tool to run as a Windows service so after a reboot everything works without me having to logon to the machine and launch DeepStack and correct the port!

However I set it up the same way on my Dad's BI Server and sometimes it will say DeepStack is running but it's not and other times it will show DeepStack errored out. So I ended up having to disable the service for now and turn off the DeepStack integration and run the two separately as before until I can figure out why it fails while running through AI Tool on his machine.
