Well....not regular, but anytime something changes or is added or removed.

Why do a backup? My system hasn't died.

Windows 10 has an OK automatic backup system in place. Why buy another? You can schedule it to backup changes daily. As my BI box is dedicated, I do have an image backup (again, Windows does this for free) and if my BI box dies.... 45 minutes later, it can be back up and running with no data loss.
