Excessive status log alerts

Post by Elprebse » Mon Jan 30, 2023 9:21 am

I am experiencing a major increase in status alerts over the past week or so. Or perhaps rather it seem that all alerts turn to a notification icon in the app.
Settings have not changed.

Over just a couple of hours I got 7 alert in the BI iPhone app, but I see no "drama" in the log itself. (See attached log and settings).
Is there a clever way to limit these alerts or prevent them from increment the alert counter?

Noone on this?
Might be related to below error. Anyone knows what error 404 covers?

The only time I saw a 404 error in the BI5 log, was when I started shutting down the ALPR modules in CPAI. I took it being a standard 404 error, i.e. something not found. It stopped when I also unchecked ALPR in BI5 general settings. Possible ?

Will try to disable ALPR (I have it as cloud service) in BI5 and check for improvement.

Unfortunately not the solution in this case. Error 404 remains with ALPR off and AI is detecting zero when this happens. Objects are obvious and well lit.
I lean towards an issue with the latest CP.AI releases. Will wait a few days for a fix and then roll back.
