Re: BI background process monitoring?
Just a guess, but it may be that those spikes are from other processes or possibly BI moving files around or doing its housekeeping.

Re: 180° Boavision Dual-Camera
BI recognized it instantly and ran through the "Inspect" routine super fast, in about 1 second. I have no idea what to do with the camera, but I'm impressed with the image merging. That's something I've wished BI could do for years. Any complications in settings, or did BI5 just recognise ...

180° Boavision Dual-Camera
I recently decided to get one of these Boavision dual-video cameras to check out, and overall I'm impressed. The split where the video signals are combined is flawless- you really can't tell where one cam stops and the other begins. I got this mostly to play with and I don't think I'll actually ever...

Re: Configure size of images in email alert
You can reduce the Quality to reduce the overall file size, and/or adjust the actual size of the image sent with the Scaling slider.

Re: Connecting an Old Analog DVR to Blue Iris - Need Guidance
I think your best bet will be to either scrap it or get an analog-to-digital converter to use with BI.

Increased memory usage in BI?
I updated to 5.8.0.5 and CPAI 2.2.4, and now I'm seeing a steady increase in RAM usage over time.
My BI install typically runs between 2GB and 3GB RAM, but now it's over 7GB.
Rebooting fixes the issue temporarily, but then the memory starts climbing again.
