Never done such but I have seen this in the help pdf under Administration/http interface. Not sure how it could be tied to groups.

File a support report and stay back.
We stay at least 2 levels back, usually more. I do have a "lab" system that I keep up to the latest for test purposes.
You probably have some hardware/software combination that they couldn't test.

Make sure you read the fine print. Many of the switches have 16 ports but only 8 of them are POE. Like Tim advises, add up the power requirements.
We have a Netgear 16 port and it is working OK.

If you are using a late version of CP/AI using the their install program on your BI system, it should be filled in for you. I am running it on another system via a docker image and fill it in myself. AIR, in my case the folder I reference just contains dummy model files, CP/AI uses its own location ...
