NHD-818 is listed in BI's Make/Model list in the 'Video/Configure' tab. A few things to consider... - How are you adding the camera in BI? Are you using 'Find/Inspect'? - Make sure that the RTSP port setting in the cameras Gui is 554, then use 'Find/Inspect' again. If these do not match, BI will not...
