Re: AI Burn in on video files?
What exactly do you want to display? Using 'Blue Iris Tools' will allow you to use additional macros for overlays by polling you local Weather Underground weather station. Here's an example of a camera I use to monitor 27/7, weather conditions & heat tape during the winter here in Minnesota. Thi...

Re: Triggering is very unreliable
This looks like it would be a good camera. It uses both RTSP & ONVIF, but does not mention the port #'s. As was pointed out, you could use the cameras motion detection & AI to trigger BI via ONVIF. Then turn BI motion detection & AI off. This would save a ton of cpu & gpu. Make sure ...

Re: Camera works on manufactuers app, but not on BI ??
Can you post screenshot of the 'Network IP configuration' after the 'Find inspect'? For the HISEEU, It looks like it's using ONVIF port 8888, and the camera user/password is incorrect, as HeneryH pointed out. You've already used 'Generic/ONVIF'. But, did you change the port # to 8888. You'll have to...

Re: Dont get AI option on Cameras
AI Configuration was moved to the 'Alerts' tab. I think version 5.8.0. Also, some other options have been moved. See the BI manual 'Update Notes' for version 5.8.0, and so on. In my notes for version 5.8.0.1, after the 'AI Configuration' was moved to the Alerts tab, AI was set to 'NONE'. All I neede...

Re: Double AI validation ?
I have another 'odd' method that will accomplish what you want... 1. Clone the camera. 2. On the master camera, set an Alert 'On Alert' to Trigger the clone. 3. On the Master, disable all other Alerts and actions. You will use the clone to trigger actions. On the Clone... 1. On the Trigger tab, Disa...

Re: Real-Time Email Photo Alerts are 20 Seconds Late
On a few cameras I do the same, send email... but wth 30 seconds of video. And yes, it takes a while to get it. But, I also send to my phone a push notification & MMS with an image(s). I have them in the alerts list in this order... - Push notification - MMS - Email. I get the Push notification ...

Haven't got a clue, sorry.
Maybe something with recording dual streams? Uncheck that open to see it it resolves the issue.
Looks like a ticket for BI Support.

Re: Night Time motion detection
It's very important to check the 'Relative to Sunrise/Sunset' checkbox. This is what makes the magic happen. It will adjust the time of the command to the sunrise/sunset as it changes.

Re: Blank Video in Timeline and Clips Only in Blue Iris Windows App
Could you post screenshots of a cameras 'Records' tab, and, the 'Video file format and compression'?
This seems vaguely familiar.
