If you use &MEMO in another notification type, such as email or sms, do you get the same result? Let rule out the mobile app as the problem.

Seems like a reasonable request. Have you emailed BI support to request it?

As a test, what happens if you erase all the text except &MEMO

I think this behavior change is related to a new feature that was just added to control+click on the alert to display the trigger frame.

Maybe email support to ask about the original behavior you’re used to.
