Re: UPnP and Blue Iris
The video doorbell must have a web service offering and to get that service to work the doorbell had to punch a hole through your router. It basically set up a port-forwarding without you knowing about it. That's probably it. It seems to work fine with uPnP turned off, but I'll know for sure in a d...

Re: UPnP and Blue Iris
You sound like you know enough about router rules and networking to protect yourself. Thank you, but I don't really understand it except at a basic level. I went in to turn it off and noticed it had a bunch of entries, but I don't know if they were there by default or from something else adding the...

UPnP and Blue Iris
I used the Remote Access Wizard to set up the webserver built in to BI. I'm using a Nighthawk X4S AC2600 Smart WiFi Router, Model R7800. As part of the process I set the port from '81' (the default) to '500', so I access my BI server remotely with something like 75.75.75.75:500 (obviously not my rea...

Could you please post a URL to where these can be purchased? I'm interested and would like to see more about them.

Re: IPC 360 Panoramic Fisheye Network Cam
I'm pretty sure the text below translates into "No". They'd probably recognize the acronyms 'ONVIF' or 'RTSP' if the camera supported either of them. I suppose you could mail them back one more time and try to clarify what you're asking about, but based on their response I'd bet the camera...

Re: Schedules
I'm not 100% sure but I think it has something to do with presets.
When I hold the preset button down to set a preset, the border for whatever camera I'm setting the preset for turns blue. I think it just confirms the preset has been set.

Re: IPC 360 Panoramic Fisheye Network Cam
It says it supports RJ45/wifi 802.11b/g/n but I couldn't find anything about RTSP, ONVIF, or compatibility with BI in the listings for it on Amazon, ebay, or gearbest. I think you may need to email them and ask some specific questions about whether it hast RTSP or ONVIF or some other stream that BI ...

Yep, I think we got different lenses. Time to contact the seller and see what they have to say.

Re: Imou Bullet Camera
What model number is the camera? Are you sure the model you have has RTSP? I looked at some of them online but didn't see RTSP mentioned in any of the specs (I may not have been looking at the right one, though). . Hello, cant seem to get this working, I can connect via a web browser no problem but ...

Re: Hacking the Wyze V2
You go from the stock 110 degrees to 170 degrees field of view. Was perfect for me. I now have 100 percent of my backyard covered with the camera mounted on the back of the house vs maybe 70 percent before with the stock lens. This image is of two cams, side by side, one modified and one stock. I s...
