Looking more closely at your wording...
You are saying that your BI server is making contacts. Does that mean that some unspecified application running on your BI server machine is making contact
or
are you saying that the "BI executable/service" is making the contacts?

Re: Migrated BI to new Server but license?
Thanks for the reply TimG. Just want to confirm. I can pay $35 for support, which then means I can upgrade to 5.8 ? Hopefully fixing some bugs that I occasionally get (like the web server binding IP changing) -- Although I don't need any of the AI or other features past 5.3 -- Is this possible for ...

Re: Check FPS and Key Rates Warning!
I've got it written on a slate with a piece of chalk somewhere unless it's been raining in the UK :!: Seem like one of those items that when people throw numbers out without units I just take it without knowing specifically what it means? Generally, yeah, full frames with complete data and then sub...

Re: How to assign Static IP addresses to my cameras.
Yeah, two similar topics are a) statically assigned ip addresses assigned in the router which will then get assigned to the devices on boot or b) statically assigned in the camera settings.

I think the goal was to do it via BI rather than touching the camera.

Re: Is it possible to use demo version for setup
Doesn't demo mode just mean unlicensed, banner overlay and maybe some features disabled?
I would think you could set up the new machine (living with the banner and maybe feature disable) and then move the key from the old machine to the new machine.

Re: Older Version Downloads?
It's frustrating when purchasing a product doesn't guarantee access to updates or support without additional fees. Transparency and customer satisfaction should be priorities to avoid feeling misled or exploited. What is infuriating to developers is when customers demand lifetime access to the deve...

TiVo LoL
Having this hard setup might be hard but it wouldn't be too hard to just use the timeline view and move the scrubber back five seconds then hit play. No?
