That's the inactive profile # 0. Go to BI 'Settings/Profiles', and you'll see it in the list.
You somehow managed to set this one camera to profile 0. You'll need to somehow set it back to the default 1 profile.

Re: Motion zones - Home automation
NO, both zones getting trigger will not produce duplicate alerts. Set up another profile to use at night, with different settings to reduce the triggers. Use the scheduler to change to the profile at sunset and sunrise, using the relative setting. You'll need to enter your long/lat for this to work....

Re: Chinese IP camera (34567 port) port forwarding issue
Can you login to the camera web interface?
If you can, check the ONVIF port #. Should be listed in there somewhere.
If you find it, use that # in teh BI find/inspect page.
If itstill doesn;t find the camera, Manually select the ONVIF profile.

I'd be surprises (and disappointed) if it were MJPEG. Can you login to it via IE? The info will be in there somewhere. Do you kno...

Re: Email Notification Templates
I agree.
What I've done is opena txt file, and copy/paste the setting values there. Then I copy/pate from the txt file into the individual camera settings.

What version are you on, and when did it start happening? Please provide a screen capture of the Export window, and, the encoder profile. zStrange. I just exported a few cameras, and I get no video. Just a black screen. It was workinga week ago. I've updated to the latest version 5.0.9.5. Update: I ...

Re: Schedules
confusing. The have 32 cameras, and now only want 1 camera? Is that right? What about the other 31 cameras? Atre they still on the 'initial schedule'? Do you switch profiles manually to test? If so, you'll need to check 'Also ignore manual global profile overrides' in the individual camera 'schedule...
