Upon further review, I looked at the properties of the file he downloaded and it is V.65. So I'm running 5.0.0.65 and it works just fine.

Re: BI 5.0.0.61 dead
If .64 didn't fix your problem, try the help via email link inside of BI5.

Re: BI 5.0.0.61 dead
We just got off of teamviewer and he has fixed the issue. He pulled another copy of v.64 down to my PC and updated it again. As of now, my reboot has BI5 coming up automatically as it should. I also don't have to keep clicking multiple times on the BI5 icon to get it to run the program. It seems to ...

Re: BI 5.0.0.61 dead
He was supposed to interact with me this AM at 9 using Teamviewer but didn't show up. So, yes, I've tried email support and still waiting on Ken. He'll need a new pw for the teamviewer as it changes for each program start.

Re: BI 5.0.0.61 dead
I disabled all of my cameras in BI5. Closed it and 1 clicked it back open. I enabled a camera each time and it 1 clicked open. I only have 6 cameras so this didn't take long. I enabled all of my cameras eventually and it 1 clicked open. OK! I figured that it might be working! Rebooted the PC with al...

Re: BI 5.0.0.61 dead
Also you can manually disable your cameras by editing the registry. Click Start\run\regedit just right click the entry and change the value to 0 to disable cam. By trial and error you can find which cam is the culprit. If you don't have too many cams just disable all of them and then see if BI will...

Re: BI 5.0.0.61 dead
I did not see any changes in the camera types listed in BI5. If it made changes to my registry, I have no clue.

Re: BI 5.0.0.61 dead
Ok, you are taking me out of my turf by messing around in the registry. I'm 75 and not bad at this but I do have my limitations! :D I loaded .63 last night and it still took me multiple clicks to get the BI5 to run. There was a link earlier to a "working" version of BI5. I'm going to use i...
