Re: What if there is a trigger in another zone that later moves into your alert zone?
For zone crossing, zones must overlap, otherwise how can they cross zones. A few different ways to accomplish this. These are the methods I use. The preferred way... Have the 2 zones (A & B) separated from each other. That is, they are not touching or overlapping and have a gap between them. The...

Re: What if there is a trigger in another zone that later moves into your alert zone?
I do this exact situation for one of my cameras that face the street and driveway.
Define a Clone. Name it Driveway. You can also copy the settings from the original 'Master'.
This 'Driveway' Clone can be 'On Trigger'. Define the zone for the driveway only. Then alerts.

Re: Neub with trouble getting Ezviz camera running
Another thing to throw into the mix... (Maybe it's been mentioned) Does your public IP address change from time-to-time? This is your IP address from your internet provider. You can check this by opening any internet browser and typing 'What's My IP'. This IP address WILL change. Either from the ISP...

Re: Swann 4K Thermal Sensing Spotlight Bullet IP Security Camera - NHD-887MSFB
The 'NHD-810 RSTP' is in the list of supported cameras/protocols.
This being NHD-887, not sure. You could send BI support a message about it.

Re: Playback Snapshots...
Definitive answer to this question..... it depends on where the snapshot is taken. Taken from 'Live View' - Snapshot appears in the Clip List 'All Clips'. Taken from playback - A 'Save Snapshot' folder window will appear to save the snapshot on your hdd/ssd/nas drive. I received the answer from BI s...

Re: Recording Sub-Stream 24/7
I do not use sub streams. But, According to the latest 5.4.4.0 update, yes... 5.4.4 - April 27, 2021 When the triggered+continuous record mode is used with a dual-streaming camera along with direct-to-disc, the result is a BVR file which will contain the sub-stream continuously recorded, but the mai...

Re: Is it possible to have multiple cams in groups?
Of course, by using 'Groups'. 1. Go into each camera you want to be part of a group. 2. In the 'General' tab, next to 'Groups' click the 'Select' button. On the first camera, you'll need to 'Add' a new group name. 3. On other cameras you want in that group(s), select the group(s). Notes: - A camera ...

Playback Snapshots...
Question: When taking a Snapshot during playback... Where does the snapshot go? When I take a snapshot, a dialog appears asking me where on disk to put the snapshot. The reason I'm asking is that I've heard it mention in the BI manual of taking a snapshot during playback and putting it in the 'Clip...
