Re: Some cameras go down at the same time every night.
Have you consider the possibility that 12 wifi cameras on the same wifi network is too many, and you might be overloading the wifi system with traffic. Not knowing the camera details, this is just a guess! If the eero system is not wifi, then excuse my assumption.

Re: Time change
You will have to provide a bit more information, what time are you referring to, the windows computer time, the blue Iris time or the camera time, what version of BI and what camera(s) are you using?

Re: BI software update notification
Just a thought, I used to keep my system right up to date but got into problems at least once due to a bug in one of the updates, I now only do manual updates less frequently after I see that a particular release is not problematic. One of my BI systems is only accessible via a VPN and is a 6 hr dri...

Re: BI software update notification
Could you just open this web page periodically and look???
https://blueirissoftware.com/?page_id=344
Not exactly a notification but an easy way to check from any other system. You would of course need to know what your current version is; which you can get from the "About" on the UI3 menu!

Yes that is a good tip, but it would cause confusion when looking at the file system in the various folders

Thanks, that is what I suspected would be the case, I may attempt this at some point on one of my two systems.

Re: Clips disappear when any camera is hidden
Well I think I have got this issue sorted, I will explain what happened and how I fixed it for the benefit of anyone else that encounters this issue. When I added the new cloned camera, I changed the names of some of the cameras in an attempt to clean up my naming convention, not sure why this cause...

Re: Clips disappear when any camera is hidden
Well I spoke too soon, all of the older clips and alerts prior to adding the cloned camera still disappear.

Re: Clips disappear when any camera is hidden
It looks like it was a corrupted database, I shut down the blue iris service, deleted the contents of the DB folder, restarted BI and did a database rebuild, the issue with the clips disappearing appears to be solved.
