Re: Intel Hardware accelerated
There is some info here https://blueirissoftware.com/updates/ I found this one to be of interest: Automatic clip storage sub-folder deletion Does this mean that BI can now prune older files from the directories, preventing out-of-space issues? I ask because I was just getting ready to write a small...

Re: 'Intel' Acceleration Working, 'New Intel' Not Working
The new settings work but they don't seem to be better that the 'Intel' setting, actual CPU usage goes up. I turned a couple of my cams to the "Intel" setting and the only thing I noticed was that the CPU usage seemed go up about 10%, maybe a little more. I'm not sure what I was supposed ...

Re: 'Intel' Acceleration Working, 'New Intel' Not Working
Interesting, I checked a couple of mine and they're all set at the default. How can I tell if I can enable these, or if they'd be beneficial for me?

Re: 'Intel' Acceleration Working, 'New Intel' Not Working
I'm sorry if I was unclear before; I was referring to the update in general since I've had issues with updates.
I'm not sure if I'm using the accelerator functions or not. I don't know but I'll try to find out. Where do I find these settings?

Re: BlueIris 5 auto start on Windows 10 Pro
There are a couple of things to be noted here. You can start BI as a service, but that won't show the UI automatically. You'd need to start BI again after it's running as a service to get the UI to appear. I think this should be a feature but it's not as yet. The other thing you could do if it's log...

Re: 5.2.2.0 Update
Aaaaaaaaaand it's broken. Same same same issue with double-clicking to go full screen. Maybe I'll try rolling back and see what happens. EDIT: Rolled back to 5.2.0.5 and everything works perfectly. (A huge "Thank you!" to Reddawg for the rollback script!) C'mon, after this update and rollb...

Re: Fresh BI5 installation on Win10 SSD+Storage
If you want to make things easy, I can recommend ngrok without reservation. There's a short ngrok tutorial here: https://blueirissoftware.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1033 It's super easy, super fast, and someone else does all the heavy lifting. I've been using it for a little while now and hav...

Re: Direct to Disk recording
sometimes playback is glitchy and probaby 10% come up as file not found on playback when i use direct to disc. Is this a known issue? Are other seeing this too? I did a spot-check of some of my cams and didn't find any missing clips, but I only checked a few. If this is a known problem then I'd lik...

Re: Will this configuration work?
1) If you let it sit without BI running, does it eventually freeze?
2) Also, 65% load is little high. If you haven't already done so, you may want to switch to direct-to-disk recording to help reduce the load.
