Try disabling all your cams and then see if it works?

Try disabling hardware acceleration within the main setup tab and in each cam then try updating?

Next step is to try disabling a cam at a time to see if it might be a cam causing the issue?
Also as far as hardware acceleration is concerned, did you also check and disable it in each cam, might need to do this if you enabled it on particular cams?

From the other site people have reported similar, going back to the .1 release seems to fix the issue?

I am having the same issue. My system is windows 11, intel cpu, nvidia gpu, 256gtb ram. If I go back to 3/2/24 version 5.8.7.11 - my ram and cpu stay stable. Anything after that it just keeps climbing. I have Intel+VPP hardware acerbation on and have tried Nvidia and Intel and none with no differen...

Does the account that you use to run BI as a service have sufficient rights to be able to create, delete and move files within the share that you have created.
Check the BI logs to see what it is trying to do and if there are any errors?

Not having a go but it does amaze me that one thing is introduced or fixed but it then breaks other seemingly unrelated things! I stopped updating ages ago but do follow the updates and from threads here and in IPCT it does look like even though people are still stating that the latest version doesn...

If you click on the icon that shows the status page of the cams, storage etc on the Logs tab there should be an option to save the log files away monthly. If this isn’t ticked then a restart of BI clears the logs and they are gone forever.
