If you get at least one PTZ camera, you could use it to move it around and zoom in to get the action. Also moving i...

Re: Digital Zoom

BI help does not say. But, it does digitally zoom in quite a bit to a point where I can see individual blades of grass and the thatch. It will pixelate of course. Using the cameras optical zoom AND BI's digital zoom, I can zoom in enough to see the flashing nails on my neighbors roof!

Re: Adjusting motion sensor settings

I would extend zone B out into the yard even more... across the front of the bricks about 3/4, and, further out towards the street about 3/4. It will give better detection, and won't trigger unless the motion also moves into A. Zone A. Might not get detected since a person would probably stand parti...

Re: Triggered Recording

- Un check 'Combine or cut video each'. You don't want this when recording on 'Triggered'. - In the 'Trigger' tab, increase the 'Break time' to a higher number, like 10 or 20 seconds. The motion recording will end when there is no motion for 10 or 20 seconds. If this number is small, you will got ma...

If so, check the 'Quality'' and 'Scale' settings in the Alert email setting. This will greatly effect the quality of the attachments. I have mine set at...
