Re: remote access notification

@Yrbkmgr I was wondering if that might be it, too, but wasn’t sure which of those checkboxes would cause the alert for login.

Re: No option to add cameras to group

If you go into the Edit Layout mode and select the group you want, then you can right-click and choose "Select Cameras" to add or remove from a group.

Re: Alert Action to save confirmed alert image?

Re: IOS mobile app - Alerts on show for 2 days

Yes, already have. Mostly to ask for clarification if it’s an intentional limitation or a bug. If its due to resource or efficiency issue, using a “load more” button at the bottom of the list would be acceptable, but ideally it could just scroll endlessly until you’ve reached your oldest alert.

Re: MQTT Macro &ALERT_JPEG Is Too Early

As a test, enable the checkbox for “burn label mark-up into alert images” and see if that provides a better timed image.

Re: IOS mobile app - Alerts on show for 2 days

If you browse instead of search, do you still see the same 2 day limitation? Seems like a problem with search in my testing.

Re: DeepStack status empty

Keep that Deepstack window open, but then double click a Deepstack confirmed or canceled alert from ther alerts list. The empty window should then populate with the details from that alert.
