That solution worked great. I went to the file in my BI directory and ran it. Restarted computer afterwards and now BI works fine. Thanks for the solution.

Thanks for all the feedback. After emailing customer support back and forth a couple of times they got me on the right track. I had to put my old BI4 key in first and then enter the "maint." key for the upgrade. I was trying to use just the maint. key and didn't realize when installing the...

I attempted to upgrade my current version of BI-4 to 5. Downloaded program and went and purchased "service" key for upgrade just like email stated to do. Support page said any support package would upgrade 4 to 5. Well, it didn't work. When I enter the new key to activate, 5, gives an erro...
