Re: Basic Support

This is a user forum. Not an official means of support.

What is the fps & keyframe?
Check that the camera is using Direct-to-disc, and, hardware acceleration. Also, no BI overlays - this should be done via the camera.

Re: Alert push notifications problem

Have you resolved this?

You've described this issue. Screen captures of both cameras General/Trigger/Record screens would have been helpful.

Re: Profiles not functioning as expected

10 Profiles! How did you manage that? BI only have 7. Or, are you referring to 'Groups'?
What am I not understanding?

Re: Camera's Motion Alarm

What is your definition of 'continuous loop'? The only definition I'm aware of is what's used in traffic cams, where is records continuously, then when memory fills, it loops by deleting the oldest recording to free space, and continues with a new recording. Or, are you referring to 'Record:Continio...

Re: Higest Quality Record settings

Use the highest fps rate the camera allows, in both the cameras gui, then it will be picked up in BI. You can also adjust keyframe. The fps of the BI interface (Live preview rate) is NOT the fps of the cameras. You can set this lower to save some cpu. You may not be concerned about storage, but cpu ...

Re: Clips over a day old not showing in BI5

Were you able to get this resolved thru BI support?

If not, this may be due to the Clip List Calendar being set to 'Today', or, any specific date.
Is the cal icon highlighted? Click the Calendar icon, then click the 'Clear/Cancel' button. All days should list.

Re: sms not sending image

I've had this happen on the email alert (resolved), but not SMS. I would suggest going thru all the options comparing to a camera that does function the way you want. You've already done this, so..... On the camera having the issue: 1. Export the cameras settings. Add to the end of the filename '-ba...

Re: License

You may be able to resolve this thru BI support IF you use the original email. They will most likely require some proof that you are the original purchaser. you can simply.... - Import the most recent export of the BI settings you have taken . - You could also restore your system from your most rece...
