reset
reset network settings
log back into your Wi-Fi again

if still no luck
press volume up then volume down let go and then hold power button in until you see an apple then let go off power button.

You havn't tried to use Alexa with bi by any chance ?

Hi the info posted is from a Foscam FI9928P camera..which as I know from past experiences with Foscam cameras, actually and surprisingly puts out a very decent picture day and night and has been again surprisingly faultless for years..
