If you router is on another subnet like 192.168.1.1 it shouldn't see anything going on on the 100.100.100.x subnet (also 100.100.100.x isn't an internal address so you should use something like 192.168.100.x instead for that internal network for the cameras. If you set the video to be continuously recorded then you could set the combine or cut time to 15 or 30 minutes to get that long of clips continuously but when you have it set to when triggered it is just recording when motion is detected and a small buffer on each side (the pre-trigger video buffer...

Remote mobile viewing is only available if you have opened a port in the firewall (security risk) or if you have setup a VPN server on your firewall and connect to that first with something like OpenVPN. Which way have you tried?

Strange, I didn't see anything touting their night vision or low light sensitivity on their tech specs or description, you'd think there'd call that out.

Was there still light in the sky when that was taken? That looks like a Starlight camera if not.

Gentle Pumpkin states in his instructions for AI.Tools that using a main stream for the normal camera and a substream for the cloned (hidden) camera actually takes more resources than just using the main stream for both, so I haven't messed with the substream on mine and have had no issues.

If it's going to have to be inside it will need to be a starlight capable camera EmpireTech has a number of them on Amazon although there would still need to be at least some ambient light outside for it to work and if the camera has IRs they will need to be turned off so they don't glare off the wi...
