This would be a good one for trialing an older version of BI5 to see if your suspicions are correct. Do you have BI5 set to retain versions as it updates ? Do you know when this started ? Other thoughts: 1. Has your network become overloaded ? I'm thinking that H264 was brought in to reduce bandwidt...

Are the newer IP cameras all working normally ? All the Panasonic cameras not ? Anything in the Log ? And are they H264 or something different ? Resolutions ? Slow network ?

Well that's a new one for me. Are you sure it's a flaky camera rather than a malicious attack ? Might be worth letting Support know in case the camera was accidently triggering a valid BI5 function.

There are two ways you could do that, and really it depends what the camera can do: 1. If the camera can send an ONVIF "Person" event to BI5 then it is quite simple. 2. If the camera cannot do that, you would need to install CodeProject AI to do it for you. Probably needs a more powerful p...

If you look at the normal Log, go to the bottom of the screen, and there is a box to tick to "Save to file" to retain a text log. I send it to Desktop, as it only creates one file a month. TheLog.png BI5 will then create a text file in the place you have chosen that will be OK even if BI5 ...
